James Hardie® Fiber Cement Siding and Furring-Master™Installation:

Save up to 50% on your siding installation

Here's how we can do it. Read below

SidingBroker.com eliminates the middle man. The middle man being the vinyl siding and fiber cement siding sales and installation company. These companies markup their products and their sub-contracted labor to pay for the boss's salary, the employees salary, the office space and the commissions that siding sales people make.

The average mark-up by these companies is 35%-50% or more. This adds 1000's of dollars to a siding project and guess who pays for it, you the home owner.

We understand that a siding company has to make a profit to stay in business, but we also understand that the home owner wants to get the best price they can for the products they buy and want to be assured that they will get a quality installation of these products by professional installers. Many Siding Companies will claim that you need them for service in the future and some even add lifetime labor warranties to gain the confidence of the home owner, but the fact is that if the installation is done correctly to begin with and quality materials are used, a home owner should not have any service issues. Any problems such as fading or material defects regarding the products are covered and backed up by the siding manufacture. If there is any storm damage in the future to the siding, home owners insurance pays for replacement both materials and labor.

Who we are , what we do and how we can save you up to 50% off on your siding project

We are not a siding company. We are siding brokers and consultants with decades of experience in the home improvement business. Our knowledge of the siding industry is vast. We consult, educate and connect the home owner with our national distributor that processes the order and ships the siding, trim and accessories direct to the homeowner.

We also connect the home owner with certified siding installers in their area that have met our strict criteria. The home owner pays our national distributor and certified installation crews directly. We negotiate the best price from our national vendor and certified siding installation crews to offer the home owner the best pricing on both. SidingBroker.com gets paid a commission for brokering the transaction and is paid by our national distributor. This is how we can save you up to 50% off on your siding project.

Four easy steps to save you $1000's on your siding project . We make it easy and you never have to deal with this guy in your home!

___________________________________________________________________________________________

Step one:

Go to the siding system options page and choose the system that you want. Then go to our how to take photos page and follow the directions. Once you have done this the next step is to send sidingbroker.com an email with your photos and the siding system and color of choice.

Within 48 hours we will email you back a free estimate for your siding installation for both materials and labor along with our broker agreement. Its that simple!

Step two:

If you like our price (Which you will) you then sign the broker agreement with SidingBroker.com contracting SidingBroker.com as your agent to broker the materials and labor . You also will receive a list of certified installation crews to choose from. Select which installation crew you want, then fill in the Certified Installation Crew code number on the broker agreement and email it back to SidingBroker.com

Step three:

SidingBroker.com then emails this form to our national distributor along with a complete list of materials for your siding project. We then will receive an invoice for the materials amount and forward this invoice to you the homeowner.

The homeowner then sends a check to our national distributor for the amount on the invoice and the order is then processed.

Our national distributor also can take credit card payments.

It may take up to 2 weeks to receive the materials. (Custom orders up to 4 weeks) After the check is received and processed, the order is filled by our vendor. SidingBroker.com then sends the home owner contact information and the proper verification of the installing contractor they choose. The contractor profile will include proper papers such as contractors license, insurance certificates etc.

Step four:

You then will receive a call from the installing contractor and they will come to your home, inspect it to make sure that there are not any additional items such as wood repair or structural issues that were not included in the photos. You then set up the installation date and sign the installation contract with the installing contractor for the labor amount quoted on the estimate from SidingBroker.com that you received. The home owner then emails us the scheduled date for the installation. Then sidingbroker.com will line up the delivery for the materials on or before the installation date and send the homeowner out an email confirming the date of delivery.
